Defendant moves to compel DirecTV to respond to defendant’s interrogatories and request for production. The defendant and DirecTV had agreed to stay response to the interrogatories until the time allowable under the parties’ pre-trial scheduling order; however, DirecTV has not responded and has hindered the defendant’s ability to defend himself. The parties agree to the granting of this order to compel.
