DirecTV alleges defendants violated 47 U.S.C. § 605, 18 U.S.C. § 2511, and 28 U.S.C. § 2512 based on purchases of various devices from White Viper, including a “Viper Reader/Writer,” a “Whit,” a “Viper Unlooper Enclosure” and a “Viper Reader/Writer Enclosure.” DirecTV also accuses defendants of unlawful conversion of DirecTV’s proprietary interests.
