Experience with DirecTV: My client got sued in ND Ala. Their only proof of possession is from a data base that reveals a purchase of an Unlooper. We have a motion to dismiss the count dealing with the criminal statute and a motion for summary judgment stemming from the lack of any proof of actual use.
